Please note Atsuko Kudo products are hand made to order in our London studio. Please check by email or phone on delivery times for the items you are interested in purchasing. As a general guide most orders are currently taking approx 2-3 weeks plus shipping time.
However if you have a specific date or deadline you wish to receive your item please let us know as we can offer an express service at an additional cost.

Please note for last minute express shipping these are our terms and conditions:

Please also note that any rush/express orders placed by the client are totally non refundable and are only returnable for store credit at our discretion.

International orders which are shipped within one week or less from the point of the order as a result of a deadline specified by the customer within this time are subject to the above.

We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping or missed deliveries under any circumstances, therefore any additional payments for express shipping services shall also be non-refundable.

By ordering on this basis you have agreed to these terms and conditions.

Please see our Terms and Conditions below or left for more information.

Please also note that where we refer to items as 'in stock' - this means the exact style, size and colour requested. Currently it is quite likely that your order would need to be manufactured rather than taken from stock. However, if you have agreed and paid for an express shipping service this will not be affected whether your item(s) are ‘in stock' or not as the payment of an agreed express shipping option guarantees your item(s) will arrive on time in any case. Orders agreed with less than a 72 hour turnaround have special parameters described below.

When you make your order we will notify you of the postage costs, which are of course dependent on the weight and destination of your goods.

In the event of your order not arriving please allow up to 2 working days before emailing us at info@atsukokudo.com or by telephoning us on +44 (0)20 7700 4631 we will then contact Royal Mail and inform you of it's status.

Customs & Duty

Please note that all shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

In addition we cannot be held responsible for delays or confiscation of goods due to the action of any customs authority. If goods are held by the customs authority of the country in which you reside it may be necessary for you to wait for their release. We have no influence or jurisdiction over the actions of customs authorities and the delivery of your order may be dependent on the processes which they have to observe.
